Our meat is packed in dry ice in Styrofoam coolers and shipped next day via Fed Ex. Cut beef is vacu-sealed to ensure freshness and long freezer life.

Here is some basic information about our different cuts of meat and ordering.
  • Our beef is aged for 2-3 weeks before being packaged for shipping.
  • The roasts are approximately 2 - 3 lbs. each.
  • The steaks are approximately 1 - 1.5 inches thick.
  • All steaks are packaged with two steaks per package.
  • The hamburger is packaged in one pound plastic wrap packages, and is also available in patties for an extra $0.25 per pound.
  • Shipping costs are additional to cost of meat.
  • The total order must consist of ten pounds or more with any combination of cuts of meat.

BUSTER BUNDLE Quantity: $3.45 per pound - (approximately 15 lbs hamburger, one rump roast, one chuck roast, 3 lbs Sirloin steak, 1 lb T-bone steak, 1 lbs Ribeye steak)
JUNIOR BUNDLE Quantity: $4.45 per pound - (approximately 7 lbs. hamburger, one Chuck roast, 1 lbs. Sirloin Steak, 1 lbs. T-bone steak, 1 lb. Ribeye steak)
