Our meat is packed in dry ice in Styrofoam coolers and shipped next day via Fed Ex. Cut beef is vacu-sealed to ensure freshness and long freezer life.

Here is some basic information about our different cuts of meat and ordering.
Our beef is aged for 2-3 weeks before being packaged for shipping.
The roasts are approximately 2 - 3 lbs. each.
The steaks are approximately 1 - 1.5 inches thick.
All steaks are packaged with two steaks per package.
The hamburger is packaged in one pound plastic wrap packages, and is also available in patties for an extra $0.25 per pound.
Shipping costs are additional to cost of meat.
The total order must consist of ten pounds or more with any combination of cuts of meat.
