and aged for 2 to 3 weeks before being cut and packaged for shipping.
We raise predominately angus cattle, which are known for being the tastiest,
most tender breed of beef without excessive marbling that increases the fat content.
The finest restaurants normally serve angus beef.
We know the origin of all our cattle on our farm and guarantee we are
free of any BSE cattle or Mad Cow disease.
It can be custom processed into quarters, halves, three quarters or whole.
Current price is $1.60/lb. for quarters or more, plus a deposit of $150 dollars per quarter,
and balance due when shipped or picked up, plus processing, which runs from
.30-.45 cents per lb., depending on how the beef is processed.
The meat is processed at a federally inspected locker and is
shipped FedEx and is packed in dry ice in Styrofoam coolers.
